Terms and Conditions

First Class

The first class is free and lasts 15 minutes. You are under absolutely no obligation to take anymore classes after this first class. Not all requests can be fulfilled. Fulfillment of any 1st class requested depends on the tutors availability.

Payment and Cancellations

Full payment must be made before the start of the class in full. A time must be agreed by both parties before payment is sent. If you want to cancel a lesson for whatever reason you will receive a full refund minus the paypal fees and a 5% charge. This can only be done 24 hours before the agreed start time of the class. If cancelled within 24 hours before the start of the class no refunds will be available.

Time Changes

If you want to change the time of any class 24 hour notice must be given. This depends on my flexibility for that week. If no time cannot be found within the same week the payment related to that class will be either used for the next week or a refund minus the paypal fees and a 5% charge will be given upon request. If you want to change the class within 24 hours I will do my best to find another slot available that same week, but if no slot can be found, no refunds will be available.

Free Class after 10 classes

You are entitled to 1 free class of the same duration as the majority of classes booked. The 10 classes must have been taken within a 12 week period (minus any holidays that I took).

2 Euros Off any class bought in the same week

If you reserve a second class within the same week you will receive a 2 Euro credit off any future classes. There is no limit on how many times you do this. So if you reserve 4 classes, you will receive 6 Euros worth of credits for future classes.

Group Courses

The payment of the group course muse be made in full before the course has started. No refund can be given after the course has started except for obvious technical reasons during the class. A course can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the start of the course. Refunds will be made in full minus the paypal charges and a 5% fee.

Holidays and Sick Days - Teacher

Holidays will be known in advance. For whatever reason I am not able to make the class, the payment sent may be used to schedule a future class. If you would prefer a refund this will be made in full minus any paypal fees incurred by me.

Connection Problems

If any connection problems arise and they are deemed significant enough as to affect the lesson the lesson will be stopped. The following criteria applies.

• If the problems arise after the the first 10 minutes and before the half way point and the class needs to be stopped a 50% discount for the next class will be given.
• If the problem occurs at the start of the class the connection problems will be attempted to be fixed. If the problems continue, the class will be re-arranged for the same or following week or a full refund will be made minus the paypal fees and a 5% charge.
